Urgent chest X-ray (to be done within 2 weeks)	People aged 40+ with 2+ of the following unexplained symptoms: cough, fatigue, shortness of breath, chest pain, weight loss, appetite loss	Offer urgent CXR
	People aged 40+ who have smoked and have 1+ of the mentioned symptoms	Offer urgent CXR
	People aged 40+ exposed to asbestos and have 1+ of the mentioned symptoms	Offer urgent CXR
Consider urgent chest X-ray (to be done within 2 weeks)	People aged 40+ with finger clubbing OR	Consider urgent CXR
