Normal paediatric vital signs : European Resuscitation Council Guidelines 2021

The upper limit of the normal range represents the highest value within the normal range for a given vital sign (such as respiratory rate or heart rate) in a healthy population of a specific age group. The lower limit of the normal range signifies the lowest value within the normal range for a given vital sign in a healthy population of a specific age group.

Normal Respiratory Rate (RR) for a 1-Month-Old

  • Lower Limit of Normal Range: 25 breaths per minute
